Returns and Refund Policies
Rivir will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through Rivir.com and that meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (invoice date). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.Rivir reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Please make sure that the tag attached to the product is safely in place. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging or appropriate carton
- If you ordered something else, and received something else: Drop us a mail at email@example.com. We would pick up the wrong item and replace it or refund your money.
- If you’ve received a damaged product: Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. on our website. We would pick up the damaged item and replace it or refund your money.
- If the shoes don’t fit: Drop us a mail at email@example.com. We would get the item picked up and replace it. In case you want a refund, we shall deduct the shipping amount and refund your amount.
- If you would like simply return a product, we will accept the same, A nominal reverse shipping fee will be chargeable on the same.
- We only entertain exchange requests once per order and further exchange requests are strictly prohibited.
- Products once exchanged are non refundable and this is final and binding to all orders.
- Please note that all our products are made to order, hence cancellation of an order needs to be done within 24 hours of the order placement.
Refund would take place within 2-3 business days post receipt of the products back at our warehouse. A careful monitoring of the returned products take place to ensure that the shoes are unworn and intact. Subject to discretion is with "Rivir Shoes Pvt. Ltd."
